Menu Calories, Coming Soon To Your Favorite Restaurant

Have you ever considered the number of calories that comes with each meal or beverage ?  Starbucks announced that all of its stores nationwide will soon feature menu calories – the number of calories of every meal or drink shown on menu boards.

Following the trend:

Corporations such as McDonald’s and Panera Bread  have said that they will also post menu calories nationwide, but this will not affect consumers in certain parts of the U.S. In 2008, California was the first state to pass a law for menu-labeling;  since then, cities like New York City and Seattle have done so as well.
